It's the 5th days since I first started watching JM and I've just started Volume 4.
The picture seems to pixelate when Cats and Mercedes are in the Stardust Cafe.
Just wondered if it was a known fault with this volume, or is it to do with the source of the episode?

It's because its only on a DVD5 and they've crammed too much on there. Volume 5 is only single-sided as well, but the quality seems better on that one.

Isn't Volume 7 the first one where they're back on DVD9s? Certainly appears to be the case from the cover info.

They had the covers printed before we all moaned and they changed their policy.
Which was rather nice of them really, and they never passed on the extra cost.

Cheers for the clarification... I'll update the review! That'll teach me to pay attention to the packaging!

I'm backtracking now, as I've finally convinced my wife to watch - for a while at least - so next up for me is Episode 3!

Well, I'm glad they go back to DVD9 after this volume. I may not be up to speed on technical jargon, but I found the pixellation very distracting in the first couple of episoded - and that was when it was competing against Jason Durr's accent!

And that's some competition!
